Feature Overview

Card Sort

One of the research activities I led was a card sort using OptimalSort. I used the open card sort method, meaning that the default groups were unnamed. This allowed the team to see how internally we organize categories and topics under User Personalization and to solidify the best terminology around these topics.

One-click registration flow

One-click registration was a major feature under User Profile. The flow above maps different registration scenarios. Returning guests that have completed their User Profile are able to register for new events with one click. This removes the redundancy of filling out registration forms and provides a seamless registration experience.
